Screening Cancellation: THE COOK, THE THIEF, HIS WIFE AND HER LOVER on Friday 1 September

Due to unforeseen technical issues, we regret to inform you that we are unable to screen THE COOK, THE THIEF, HIS WIFE AND HER LOVER on Friday 1 September as the night's scheduled second feature. Despite our best efforts, we have been unable to source another copy of the film. As a result, THE BEGUILED will be the only film screening on Friday night.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will endeavour to screen THE COOK, THE THIEF, HIS WIFE AND HER LOVER as part of a future programme should the opportunity arise.

During the Civil War, a wounded soldier (Colin Farrell) is taken in by the residents of a girls’ school. Before long, however, the house is overrun with sexual tension and rivalries. Also starring Nicole Kidman, Kirsten Dunst and Elle Fanning. Directed by Sofia Coppola.

After being forced into conflict with the humans, Caesar find himself wrestling with darker instincts and embarking on a quest to avenge his kind – pitting Caesar against a sadistic Colonel (Woody Harrelson) in a battle that will determine the future of the planet.

Then, in WILSON (at approx. 9:30 PM), a lonely, neurotic and hilariously honest middle-aged man (Woody Harrelson) reunites with his estranged wife and gets a shot at happiness when he discovers he has a teenage daughter he has never met.
