In a prison camp during the Korean War in 1951, an African-American officer (Jared Grimes) is tasked with boosting morale by using his experience as a Broadway performer to teach the POWs to tap dance. Most of the Korean prisoners can barely understand English, let alone hold a beat, but eventually a ragtag group of performers emerge. Facing prejudice from prison guards, violent uprisings and all manner of differences, the inmates must find a way to pull off the best Korean War Christmas tap-dancing show the world has ever seen.

With a booming soundtrack of throwback hits, Swing Kids is an infectious genre mash-up starring K-Pop idol Do Kyung So (Exo) and directed by Kang Hyeong-Cheol (Sunny, Scandal Makers).
