Contacting Us
Whether you have a suggestion to make, a concern to raise, some positive reinforcement to offer, or you just want to say "hello", then we'd love to hear from you. The number one priority of the Film Group is our members so we want to hear what you have to say! There is a range of ways you contact us, so just choose the one that best suits you...
- Talk to our Duty Manager. They are the person behind the desk when you come into the theatre. They are usually there during the hour before the scheduled start time and into the start of the film.
- Approach a committee member in an interval or after a screening. Most of the time committee members will be there to see the film, just like you, but if you recognise a committee member then feel free to approach them and say hello, they are pretty much always happy to have a chat.
- Send us an email to . This address goes to our Communications Officer and will be answered either directly by them or will be forwarded to the relevant member of the committee. We always aim to answer all of our email messages.
- If you have a question or suggestion about this website then please contact our Web Site Officer on
- Give us a call on 6247 2425. Again, this number goes to our Communications Officer. If they aren't around (as we don't have an office) then leave a message and they will get back to you.
- Write us a letter. If snail mail is your preference then you can send us a letter address to GPO Box 2425, Canberra, ACT, 2601. The mail is checked on a regular basis and again, we will always try to answer your letters.
If you have a specific concern that you wish to raise with the President of the Group, then the Duty Manager or Communications Officer will be able to provide you with relevant contact details if necessary. That said, we have a great team and any member of the Committee will do their best to make your Film Group experience all it can be.
The Film Group runs with the assistance of members, suggestions from members, and support of members, so don't hesitate to get in touch if you have something you want to say to us.
